Experience Policies

Cancellation Policies:

  • When reservations are made through our website, cancellation policies vary depending on the experience and can be found on each experience's page. If the reservation was made through another means, the policies must be reviewed, as they may be different from those on our website.
  • To make a date change, you must request it before the cancellation date and you must send us a message through our website in the “Contact us” section.
  • No refund will be made if the customer does not show up.
  • The tolerance margin stipulated for delays in reservations is 15 minutes.
  • The company reserves the right to cancel if no deposit is reported or contact with the client is lost before arrival.
  • The company reserves the right to cancel and request removal if illegal activities are detected and/or that put the safety of staff or other customers at risk.
  • Experience reservations may be affected by weather or damage to the facilities that interrupts their development due to force majeure, so they may be rescheduled to another date. The maximum time to reschedule is 6 months.

Customers:

  • Entry is not permitted to those who have not paid their entry fee within a group.
  • Entry is not guaranteed for those who have not paid for their entry in advance.
  • No drinks or food are allowed.
  • Rondo del Valle reserves the right of admission.
  • No type of violence is allowed inside the facilities.

About the facilities:

  • The assembly of any type of furniture, equipment or food service is not permitted without prior authorization from the property or due rental of the space.
  • Visits for the purpose of holding parties and/or meetings are not permitted without prior authorization from the property or the proper rental of the space.
  • Prior authorization must be requested for any type of use of the facilities such as photo sessions , events, among others.
  • If the client damages any object, they must cover it.
